Shannon is licensed to practice in all Oregon state courts, The United States District Court of Oregon and all United States Federal Courts. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and The Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. From the beginning, he always knew he wanted to represent those who needed it most. He believes in the power of the constitution and believes that all those accused should have the best defense possible.
