Section 920-X-2-.03 - Temporary Appointments (Alabama Administrative Code)

§ 920-X-2-.03. Temporary Appointments

The state service commissioner shall have authority to make temporary appointments in all vacancies of assistant state service commissioners, district service commissioners, county service commissioners, and assistant county service commissioners. No temporary employee shall serve for a period of more than three (3) months, unless approved by the state board.
