§ 930-X-1-.04. Current Information Required By The Board
Each licensee has a continuing responsibility of keeping the Board advised as to his or her proper and current mailing address. All changes of professional association or dissolution of a professional relationship should be reported promptly to the executive director together with the new status and addresses of the individuals or firms.(Repealed and New Rule: Filed December 18, 1997; effective January 22, 1998.
