§ 950-1-12-.30. Religious Programs
(1) There is a systematic approach to determine the personnel requirements for the religious programs to ensure all juveniles access to staff and services.
(2) Written Policy, Procedure, and practice should provide for juveniles to participate in religious services and assistance on a voluntary basis.
(3) Written Policy, Procedure, and practice provide that juveniles have the opportunity to participate in practices of their religious faith that are deemed essential by the faith's judicatory, limited only by documentation showing a threat to the safety of persons involved in such activity or that the activity itself disrupts order in the OATP program.(New Rule: Filed December 17, 2004; effective January 21, 2005.
