Do I need to add my credit card for a free or paid plan?
No, you don’t.
You should add it if you want to continue using Loio’s Business or Enterprise plan after your trial period finishes.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Sure. Go to your account, find Pricing on your left, and click Cancel Subscription.


Starting from the next plan period, you will not be charged. After you’ve canceled your subscription, your already paid plan remains, and you can use Loio as usual till the end of your pricing plan.

What kind of support for paid plans does Loio provide?

We’re trying to help as many clients as possible to accomplish their business goals. We’ve created our Help Center that we regularly update due to Loio’s growth.


For our Business and Enterprise clients, we offer priority email support, chat support, and a dedicated Loio manager. To make your installation process easier and quicker, we can also onboard you and your colleagues when you start using Loio.

What will happen to my created clauses if I don’t top up my plan?

User’s clauses are saved after you switch from Free plan. But you can use only 10 first clauses.


To access provisions from Clause bank or creating new clauses, you have to upgrade your plan to Business or Enterprise.

On how many devices can I log in to my account?

We’re trying to create as many options for users as possible and not limit them with various operating systems, Word versions, and numbers of devices.

Can I add my colleagues to the team and share data with them?
Yes, we also focus on legal departments with big numbers of employees. If you use Business plan, you can add up to 20 users. Within Free plan, you can invite 3 teammates.
